Additional Whitemare.

I think I've de-stressed myself, so it's back to work for this week and I hope I don't have another stupid episode.
I've planned to get my RDB out the way this week and to carry on with my dissertation right up until the hand-in. Pff.
So anyway, here are some photos left over from the 'Whitemare', all the snow is gone now but it is expected to get colder again this week, so we might be back where we started by the end of the week.
I really hope I'm able to get home with no hassle because I'm kind of looking forward to going home now.

Busted out some Christmas songs. I quite like Boy Least Likely To's Christmas album, out of loyalty and the tinkly noise they make, but also because their single from the album, 'George and Andrew' is a great idea with a great video. If Cher wins X Factor, everyone should buy this to boycott her.

I know I said that I should put 'stop making to-do lists' on my to-do list, but right now I think I really need them.

STRESS.

I don't even know if it's regular stress, the fact I'm actually doing something, if I'm exciting about Christmas or if there genuinely aren't enough hours in the day.
My diary for this week is very full, and I'm overwhelmed by the fact that it's past 11 o'clock already.

I had to pay £36 for my final prints today, I printed 18 images but only 11 were finals, the rest were mistakes, it's so mean that I can't get let off, especially when at least two of the prints were the wrong colour down to the printer not my bad Photoshopping. So, so unfair.

I think I'm just tired and it will probably look better tomorrow, but I'm feeling so stressed out about the fact that there are only two and a bit weeks left of term, and this is despite the fact that I'm actually on the cusp of finishing. I just don't know about research and I'm over-worried about my dissertation. At least this stressed bout is bringing on some 'get up and go'. This doesn't even make any sense and I need to go to bed now anyway.

Oh, Ruth.

I just can't seem to get up the motivation to take a photo of myself.
I have a tutorial tomorrow, but I want advice on how to get more people rather than to be told what to shoot. I think I'll be able to get into the swing of things once I have my first shoot out of the way this weekend. A couple of friends from Coombe are helping me out, they're probably the only other half-Chinese people I actually know apart from myself and my sister. I can understand people not wanted to get involved because what if I wasn't who I said I was, apart from I am and it makes this project pretty frustrating.

I've not been lacklustre in terms of taking photographs, I'm quite liking my D90, but I don't feel as though there is a great deal of difference from the D60 apart from the feeling of it being less easy to break. I've never been much of a pixel-person before but jobgivers can be so it's a bit of an insurance.

I'm sure my work ethic will improve once I've actually had something at Uni (tomorrow) - and I'll get back into the swing of things eventually I'm sure. Although this procrastination is pretty worrying when I have a dissertation due in in January and I haven't even written an opening line.

I would like you to enjoy and notice the difference between the first photo on the left and the second photo on the right. That is a onesy.

So that's what that is...

Just been recommended this by Lovefilm - yes I'm still subscribed to it despite wanting to cancel for months now - but this looks pretty interesting, I'd heard of it, but by the looks of it, this isn't what I thought it was.. I think I was too stuck with Harold and Madge from Neighbours, don't think they're even on it anymore.
