Tonight is fireworks night.
Can't wait to at least play with sparklers.
I made these last night, for some reason the food colouring separated a bit from the buttercream, but they are delicious. I love baking - and cakes.
I must start jotting down my ideas for my next project, it's pretty good, but I'm only thinking at the moment rather than doing any actual work. I'll start tonight. It's boring doing nothing.
This afternoon, I am going to read for Project Management and sort out images for my online portfolio - which should go live once I've done this. Not necessarily in that order.. or the first one at all. But these are the two things I want to get done by the end of the week.
My seminar today was quite awesome, as good as analysing celebrity magazines/culture can be. I don't think I'll be doing my essay on it as the oriental one that's coming up in a few weeks seems more down my street but I didn't realise they were so good. I should definitely have gone to them last year.
And finally, I have entered one of three images into The Printspace Photography Competition. I'm not expecting to win and my two other images will probably be a bit better but I quite like my ice skating one even if it's not particularly insightful.
Will be doing light-painting with sparklers later. And hopefully going to Portsdown Hill for the view. Fireworks night is easily one of the best of the year.
