Procrastination...

Although I have nothing to procrastinate from, I both enjoy and agree with this.

I'm off out tonight, I think it will do my lazy brain some good, worried about myself since I didn't get to sleep until 4:20 this morning...

Pipe down.

Apparently, on reflection, neither myself or Moon did what we'd planned to do yesterday.

Just made this; nom, and I am in the process of editing together another short.

I was thinking about trying my chances with the Youtube Ridley Scott project, but I've almost abandoned that. They want raw footage, which I can provide them with but I've got lots - as I got the rules muddled up, so I'm going to put together another of my own.
I figure I should enter because someone who I don't even speak to anymore emailed me and told me I should but, there is almost no chance of me getting to Sundance due to all the births/miracles, to which a casual day wandering around Kew just doesn't compare.

Just realised this is the most blogs I've ever posted in one month, this could be because I am extra lame this month or because I'm doing extra things. Both? I bet the 30 day challenge bumps this up a bit too... I still have a few more days of the month left and no doubt quite a bit to still talk about.

YOU ARE NOT A SINGLE LADY.

D'awwwww!

I found another 30 day challenge which I think might be more up my street. But I might do it in a couple months as A) I'm right in the middle of doing this one which I'm doing with a few friends and B) August gets a bit hectic at points and I'd like a bit of a break from being so meticulous and rigorous.

Cross.

Fairly sure that my face isn't usually like this;

Kew Gardens.

Today I visited The Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew.
It really is lovely round there, there isn't much to do but look around at the plants and flowers, but it's nice. The trip was made by the butterfly house, which I'd been going on about all day.
It's quite romantic too, pity I went with my sister really, the only downer was the food, which was too expensive and not that tasty, although where we were sat was beautiful.

Woah, fox!

I've donated $30 to the OPS fund to help out with the causes that The Cove promotes, I hope I can help out more in the future, I've decided it's genuinely something I feel strongly about.
I went along to the Malden Fortnight presentation evening in the end, it was ok, I ended up getting paid for all the work I've done which was a nice gesture along with being thanked by everyone, in front of everyone. I also have a prospective job coming up in October, I just need to work out some prices, very happy I went now. I'm also glad it wasn't too boring for Moon, in any case he got a free piece of delicious cake and a pint out of it.

And as the years go by..

So, I went to see Toy Story 3 this afternoon, I won't give anything away but I cried three times, it's so so so so so good. It's basically a perfect Pixar film.
I'll definitely buying the special edition trilogy boxset when it comes out. It was worth the wait.

As well as Toy Story, I started watching The Cove last night, a truly moving and engaging documentary about the unnecessary slaughtering of thousands of dolphins every year in a 'secret cove' based off the coast of the small town of Taiiji in Japan. They're not putting it on 4oD for some reason, which makes me a bit cross considering how much advertising space they gave it, not to mention the fact I didn't get the watch the second half due to being kicked out of Moon's lounge. I'll have a hunt for it.

Capital.

..why yes, I was in the middle of Guildhall Square filming this off the big screen's live feed cheering my boyfriend on by myself while his own brother was sat about 8 metres away. Go go graduation!

Grad W/end.

Here are my favourite photos from this weekend.
I really enjoyed myself and am really looking forward to my own graduation now as well as mine and Moon's trip down to Cornwall in the next couple of weeks.
Enjoy how small I am because I always forget, also appreciate my tanlines (thanks Glasto)

I'm quite happy that I missed The Creators Project for this, a bit gutted I wasn't able to finish off the Malden Fortnight stuff but I've been invited to a presentation on Thursday where I'll be able to meet and be thanked by the committee, I may also get a free meal. Moon says he will be my date .
The best of the rest are on Facebook, I'm going to print out the nicest ones for my friends for when I see them next, also a ton for Moon so Moon's mum can cry with happiness over them.
